The problem with a single-nut bar is that you commit to one texture for the whole bar. This one does not: hazelnut at 23%, almond at 23% and pistachio at 18.5% — 64.5% nuts across three varieties, each with a different density and a different break.

That is why it eats differently from the others. A hazelnut gives a soft, oily crunch; an almond snaps clean; pistachio is smaller and greener and slightly savoury. Every bite lands somewhere different, which is exactly what stops it becoming monotonous halfway through.
