This is the bar that started everything, in its smallest format. The original was created in Dubai in 2021 by a chocolatier making something for her own pregnancy cravings; by 2024 the video of someone snapping one in half had been watched hundreds of millions of times and pistachio prices had moved on global markets because of it.

The formula is unchanged here: milk compound chocolate shell, a filling of 15% real pistachios, and toasted kunafa threaded through it for the crackle that made the whole thing famous. Nothing about it is complicated — it is just very hard to execute well, because kadayif goes soft the moment it meets moisture.

At 45 g this is the impulse format. It is the size that fits next to a till, goes into a lunchbox, or gets added to an order without much thought — and it is the cheapest way for someone to find out what the fuss is about.

12 bars per display box, 144 per case. For a retailer, this is the SKU that does volume; the 90 g and 185 g are the ones that do margin. Most counters end up stocking all three. Contains milk, soy and pistachios. Made in Türkiye.
